Alecs 3 Piece Suites

Recently visited Alec's and bought one corner sofa and two three seaters. Met Alec who was a really nice chap. Very happy with the sofas too. Delivery guys were also really good and helpful. Wasn't easy getting the sofa's in but they were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to others! Thanks Alec!

Bought a sofa and chair from here this weekend and we love it! We were initially just going for a look around to get an idea of price for what we wanted, but the deal we got from Alec was too good to miss so we bought one there and then. They have loads of different styles to choose from and we got ours delivered within 2 days which was great! Would recommend

Bought an electric recliner chair for my terminally ill father. A week after use, the movement mechanism became really slow and started smelling of burning. Phoned the company and they sent out two men to look at it. The two men walked in and stood at the door staring at my father with disgust on their faces. Asked them if they want to come in and have a look at the chair.

One muttered "not really" while continuing to stare at my father in disgust. I said I would help my father up so they could have a look. They eventually came in reluctantly and looked at the chair, but disgusting customer service/behaviour. Would not recommend at all.

Always a pleasure. After 7 months of waiting for a sofa from a major sofa company. We cancelled the order went to alecs and found a fantastic sofa at a fraction of the price and being delivered Saturday.

Chose a gorgeous suite.great price.delivered on time and the delivery guys were great.went above and beyond.highly recommended to anyone wanting great sofas at a great price.

I would highly recommend a visit to Alec's. Great range at great prices. No pressured sale, but around if you needed any help or had any questions. I chose my sofa and a chair on Friday and it was delivered the next day. Delivery guys were fantastic. Follow up letter received a few days later from Alec ensuring we were happy with our purchase and advice on how to care for the upholstery.

We went here having looked at reviews etc. We didn't want to spend a fortune on an expensive over priced sofa. We went here to have a look and ended up coming home with 4 different sofas! Very happy with our purchases. The main thing from it, the sofa is available to buy there and then and you can have it delivered the following week! None of this 10-12 week wait business. Highly recommend

We ordered furniture yesterday. Les was so helpful, not pushy at all. It was delivered this morning. The delivery men were excellent, removing old suite, moved a sofa from one room to another for us. They were very careful not to damage walls etc. unfortunately one of the sofas would not fit through the doors. No problem, they returned it and I went to choose another one. That was delivered this afternoon. The furniture it absolute value for money. I would recommend Alec's to anyone.

I cannot praise this shop enough, I purchased a new sofa on Sunday 19th sept they delivered it Wednesday 22nd sept, unfortunately it didn't fit ( yes stupid me didn't measure) I phoned the shop went down that Eve, chose another sofa which they delivered today 23rd sept and took the one back that didn't fit, absolutely amazing service, cannot praise them enough

Alec goes above and beyond to give a professional service. Most importantly he genuinly wants you to be happy with your purchase and his after sales treatment is amazing. Very pleasant experience. Loads of furniture to choose from. We fell in love with a good quality leather recliner which we bought and suits our lounge. Alec was brilliant down to earth and no nonsense attitude. Nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly shop there again. Thanks.

When we decided to buy a new Suite we went to Alecs 3 Piece Suites. Their was a fantastic choice to choose from and the staff where warm and friendly. Alec himself dealt with our purchase, and I could see that he was of the old school and values who believes the Customer should be treat with respect and is given a service that is second to non with Quality merchandise at affordable prices that included delivery and recycling of our old suite.

We paid by cash and Alec just put the money in his pocket and when I said are you not going to count it? he just smiled and said I trust you. The two Gentlemen who delivered our sweet where so professional and courteous and they made the delivery look so easy. a quality service from a quality family run company.

Phoned up with requirements, spoke to Alec. When I arrived received a warm welcome, was shown suitable options. Picked ideal sofa. Less than 2 hours later, sofa installed in house, old one removed. Could not be happier with the service and quality at Alec's! Huge range and variety to suit all tastes. Alec himself helped me find exactly what I was looking for and he gave me a great deal. My recliner was. delivered within 2 days and the lads that delivered and set it up for me were very polite and professional. The service is brilliant such a lovely guy and his staff are a credit I had got a a suite via a well known home shopping company worst thing I have done Alex couldn't have done enough for us within 15 mins I had selected what I wanted with his guidance within 3 hours I had my new furniture delivered before bringing it in they removed the one that was being collected later that day put it outside for us where it was covered with plastic sheets the other company collected that later in the day We cant thank Alec and his staff enough Philip and Gaz you are a credit to your company Thankyou so much the furniture we have purchased is fantastic.

Just bought 5 mattresses from Alec, all delivered the morning after. Asked them to leave them all in the hallway, but Alec insisted they got the king size upstairs so i didn’t struggle with my partner. Very considerate and personal service that goes a very long way. Cheers Alec!
