The Ambassador 1000 is made in the UK and consists of pocket springs with traditional fillings. The 1000 pocket springs contour to the sleepers body to both support and minimise pressure points. Quality at its finest in terms of customer service and furniture. Excellent product knowledge. The quality speaks for its self. Elphicks certainly takes pride in selling British made products and their pricing is very competitive. The delivery team were so professional and really took care whilst bring our new furniture into our home. After receiving the Elphicks experience, I wouldn't buy furniture from anywhere else. In particular, I want to say thank you to Jon. Truly the most genuine and professional person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Zero customer service. Bought items and then Had to contact them at every single step as they seemingly cannot get organised enough to contact their customers. Even worse, when I had problems with the item bought I needed to contact them at every stage to even see if they had done what they had promised. 5 months later and still not resolved!

I have just parked up. My husband was going to the dentist nearby and we were going to then look at a nest of tables. The manager came in his posh car and had a go at me for parking in his slot even though the car park was empty. He came up to me very aggressively and did not even give me a chance to explain. I am in my late 60s and this really put me off going in there.

We've been using Elphicks for years for our furniture, as well as other household items such as mirrors and lamps etc. A great selection of classy, quality items, (traditional and contemporary), the prices are competitive with similar products from anywhere else, but it is the service and knowledge that makes the difference - you are a customer, not just someone who pays at the till. Can't believe that more people don't know about them. In the current climate, we should all be supporting local business like this one.

Wonderful customer care and service from the top down. especially Sue for all her great advice and ' bed' expertise! We have just bought a beautiful bed and the order has gone very smoothly. Despite COVID 19 we knew the bed would take a little while to be handmade but the wait was worth it once it arrived. Thanks also to the careful/ cheery gentlemen that delivered and fitted it! Apologies I've forgotten your names. We will be back again soon when we need some more furniture! Mr Mrs Pilkington.
