The Cutting Room was formed to produce chipboard display tables for the retail trade and supplied major in and out of town retail groups. In 1990 we installed our first CNC router to increase our table production and started our subcontract cnc routing service from this date. Since then we have invested in the latest software and increased our capacity with three CNC routers. We also offer kitchen doors, wardrobe doors, cupboard doors and accessories for trade or the public at our doors2size website www.doors2size.co.uk.
Inserting part numbers or ID references into your CAD drawing can add next to nothing to the cost but gives you total control of your project. The size of the lettering will depend on the space availible 50mm high is good as we can often use the same cutter as the profile cut. Engraving simple parts with numbers or ID tags gives your team a fighting chance when the dead lines are tough.
